Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation (PGDT)

This program is meticulously designed to enhance expertise in the complex domains of direct and indirect taxation. It offers comprehensive knowledge and practical insights, making it indispensable for professionals seeking mastery in taxation.   • Duration: 1 year

  • Class Structure: Daily classes from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM followed by 2 hours of lab work.

The total fee for the P.G. Diploma in Taxation (PGDT) program is ₹1,20,000 for a 1-year duration (₹10,000 per month) though scholarship may be availed upto 60%.

22. How is the fee payable?

The fee is payable in equal monthly installments. 

23. Are there any financial aid options available?
Yes, IOTA have arrangements with banks and state agencies who offer soft loans and other financial assitances payable after placement / absorption in industry. Please check with the administration for current opportunities.

24. Is it mandatory for students to have a laptop?

Yes, all students enrolled in the Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation (PGDT) programs must possess a laptop for coursework, practical training, and assignments.

25. Are there any specific laptop requirements?

Students should have a laptop with:

  • Processor: Minimum Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 (i5/Ryzen 5 or higher recommended)

  • RAM: At least 8GB (16GB recommended for better performance)

  • Storage: Minimum 256GB SSD (or 500GB HDD, though SSD is preferred)

  • Operating System: Windows 10/11 or macOS

  • Software Requirements: MS Office, Tally, Accounting & Tax Software (as prescribed by the institute)

Classes at IOTA are conducted from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
